Conditions of participation

Intention of Participation (required for registration) – Deadline (will be announced):

The team sends an email to the OC (robocup-logistics-oc@lists.kbsg.rwth-aachen.de) in the below
mentioned format to indicate the intention to participate in the RoboCup Logistics League event:

    • Please fill in the following basic information:
      Team Name:
      Country:
      Affiliation:
      Team Leader Name:
      Team Contact information (E-mail):
      Team Web site:
    • The e-mail subject should be: [RoboCupLogisticsLeague20xx-Participation] (YourTeamName)

Qualification Material Submission (mandatory) – Deadline (will be announced):

The team sends an email to the OC (robocup-logistics-oc@lists.kbsg.rwth-aachen.de) in the below
mentioned format to send the qualification material for the participation in the RoboCup Logistics
League event:

    • Please fill in the following basic information:
      Team Name:
      Country:
      Affiliation:
      Team Leader Name:
      Team Contact information (E-mail):
      Team Web site:
    • Attachment: Team Description Paper (TDP) based on the official template
    • The e-mail subject should be: [RoboCupLogisticsLeague20xx-TDP] (YourTeamName)
  • Optional:
    • Team Video (optional) – The OC would like to encourage Teams to publish a Team-Video
      (on their website, e.g.).
    • Team Poster (optional) – To promote the exchange between teams, the OC would like to  organize a Poster session at the RoboCup.

Note:  Registration is only possible if you send us your Intention of Participation
