Call For Participation RCLL 2019

We would like to invite all teams to participate in the 2019 RoboCup RCLL World Championships. If you
are interested to participate please take the time to pre-register your team for the RoboCup 2019 RCLL competitions.

1)    Pre-registration ( Deadline: February 28, 2019)
For the pre-registration please send an e-mail to OC (robocup-logistics-oc@lists.kbsg.rwth-aachen.de) containing the following data:

• Team Name:
• Country:
• Affiliation:
• Team Leader Name:
• Team Contact information (E-mail):
• Team Web site:
• The e-mail subject should be: [RoboCupLogisticsLeague20xx-Participation] (YourTeamName)
• link to the qualification material

2) Qualification Material

• )    A Team Description Paper describing the most innovative contributions or scientific results (the TDP is limited to 8 pages and must be formatted according to the LNCS format:http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0)

•     Optional:
  • Team Video (optional) – The OC would like to encourage Teams to publish a Team-Video
    (on their website, e.g.).
  • Team Poster (optional) – To promote the exchange between teams, the OC would like to organize
    a Poster session at the RoboCup.
